    Description of work:

    We will perform a migration of colocation equipment within our EWR1 facility.
     
    During this scheduled maintenance window, we will be powering down all customer gear and relocating it to a new cabinet where it will be reconnected to new networking equipment. Customers will lose all connectivity to all equipment, and all equipment will be power cycled. Expected downtime per customer varies according to quantity of devices, and complexity of cabling.
     
    Location of Maintenance: EWR1(New Jersey)
     
    Reason for Maintenance:
    Migration to new Cage where we can expand even further.

    Time and Date:
    Start: 03/17/2024 10:00 AM GMT
    End: 03/17/2024 06:00 PM GMT

     

    Expected outage:
    Outage is expected during this maintenance, we will try our best to lower the downtime as much as possible, outage is necessary due to expansion and migration to new cage.
    Customers should consider their services at risk during the maintenance. Customer devices will be restarted or powered off during the maintenance.

    Reason for Maintenance:
    Core routers replacement and upgrade to much better and state of the art equipment. 

    Time and Date:
     
    20:00 GMT + 1 24th March 2023
     
    Expected outage:
     
    Outage is expected during this maintenance up to 1hr 30min, we will try our best to lower the downtime as much as possible, outage is necessary due to replacement of core router.
    Customers should consider their services at risk during the maintenance. No customer devices will be restarted or powered off during the maintenance, only network downtime will be in place.
