This is a maintenance notification to inform you of upcoming maintenance activities that could impact your services.

EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE - 365 Datacenters Software Upgrades - EWR1
We will be performing software upgrades on the network hardware that transport your services, this may cause intermittent impact for up to 3 hours during this window. During the upgrade process, redundant customers may see brief packet loss while their services failover. Non-redundant customers will be down until the upgrade process is complete.
Planned start date: 10/08/2024 10:00:00 PM EDT
Planned end date: 10/09/2024 02:00:00 AM EDT
Change Request Risk and impact analysis: During the upgrade process, redundant customers may see service blips while their services switch over. Non-redundant customers on these routers will go down during the upgrade process. This impact will happen multiple times during step upgrades. Also there is a chance an upgrade fails and we have to rollback to the previous code version.

We will perform a migration of colocation equipment within our EWR1 facility.During this scheduled maintenance window, we will be powering down all customer gear and relocating it to a new cabinet where it will be reconnected to new networking equipment. Customers will lose all connectivity to all equipment, and all equipment will be power cycled. Expected downtime per customer varies according to quantity of devices, and complexity of cabling.Location of Maintenance: EWR1(New Jersey)Reason for Maintenance:Migration to new Cage where we can expand even further.Time and Date:Start: 03/17/2024 10:00 AM GMTEnd: 03/17/2024 06:00 PM GMTExpected outage:Outage is expected during this maintenance, we will try our best to lower the downtime as much as possible, outage is necessary due to expansion and migration to new cage.
